How To Request A Refund
Email support@slimbalancepro.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will reply within 1 business day with next steps.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within the guarantee window stated on your order confirmation. Used and unused bottles may both be eligible depending on circumstances.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees (when applicable) are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
