Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Free shipping is included on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages. A flat shipping fee applies to single-bottle orders and is calculated at checkout.

At this time we primarily ship within the United States. International availability may vary; please contact support for details.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@slimbalancepro.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will assist you immediately.
